  • The part nobody talks about but everybody needs. A beautiful room has to work on paper before it works in real life — and with a background in architecture, this is something I genuinely love. You'll walk away with drawings your contractors can actually use.

    • Contractor-ready drawings

    • Up to two rounds of revisions

  • Some of the best pieces in a room aren't bought new - they're found. This service is for clients who want their space to feel collected and lived-in from day one, without spending hours combing through estate sales and obscure corners of the internet.

    We source locally across San Diego - estate sales, markets, thrift stores - and online through platforms like Chairish, eBay, Etsy, and 1stDibs. Every find is curated to your space, your style, and your budget, and presented with photos, links, and pricing so you can make the final call. For local finds, we're happy to handle pickup too.
